What to expect when accessing services?

Free, confidential, compassionate help for anyone in need of emotional support. Our services include phone line, online chat, information & referral, community education and volunteer opportunities.

Wait time to first appointment?

Our phone lines are open 24/7 based on the availability of volunteers. If a caller is not able to get through to a phone worker immediately, they are offered the opportunity to leave a voicemail and we will call them back within 24 hours.
